How we got started
"After serving in Iraq, Ben and I attended Middle Georgia University's Part 141 Flight School, where we often connected with other Veterans and shared our experiences. We quickly realized how challenging it was for Veterans to use their education benefits for aviation training. This inspired us to dream of starting a flight school one day—one that would prioritize Veterans and others by focusing on quality training, a welcoming environment, and putting the needs of students first. What we do
Antioch Flyers contributes to the community by providing accessible and affordable aviation education, mentorship, and training opportunities. We focus on supporting aspiring aviators, including Veterans and individuals from diverse backgrounds, through structured programs, flight safety education, and career development resources. By fostering a welcoming and encouraging environment, we help individuals gain the skills, confidence, and camaraderie needed to succeed in aviation.
