Antioch Flyers is made up of veterans, pilots, mechanics, instructors, students, families, aviation professionals, and people who are simply curious about aviation. No prior aviation experience is required.

We believe aviation is stronger when experienced people encourage the next person coming through the door. Whether someone wants to fly, build a career, learn about aircraft, mentor others, or simply become part of the aviation community, there is a place to get involved.

"After serving in Iraq, Ben and I attended Middle Georgia University's Part 141 Flight School, where we often connected with other Veterans and shared our experiences. We quickly realized how challenging it was for Veterans to use their education benefits for aviation training. This inspired us to dream of starting a flight school one day—one that would prioritize Veterans and others by focusing on quality training, a welcoming environment, and students' needs first. We help veterans take the next step into civilian aviation through mentorship, encouragement, and industry connections. That may include pursuing careers as pilots, A&P mechanics, UAS/drone operators, or other aviation professionals.

We introduce young people to aviation through hands-on education, including aircraft, rocketry, drones, simulation, 3-D printing, Scouting programs, and exposure to aviation careers. Our goal is simple: let them see aviation up close, ask questions, and discover what may be possible.

We bring together pilots, families, veterans, students, mechanics, instructors, and aviation enthusiasts through community fly-in socials, mentorship, safety and proficiency activities, flying-club opportunities, and educational events. Whether someone flies with Antioch Flyers or simply needs help finding the right path, we want to help them move forward.
